Take a look at the voice board. You'll see that it has six identical sections, vertical strips from top to bottom of the board. Each of these is one voice. On my Xpander (US made) the voices are counted from right to left, voice number one is on the right side and voice number six the leftmost strip. Reliable sources claims that the japanese PSU board is made of cheese.
